Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Milieu Studio. By booking or using our venue, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Use of Website

This website provides information about our event rental space. Content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking.

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date stated in your invoice.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Setup & Cleanup

  • Clients are responsible for basic cleanup, including:

    • Removing trash to designated bins

    • Wiping down tables (cleaning supplies provided)

  • Clients are not required to move furniture back — our team resets the space.

  • Any damage to furniture, décor, or property will be billed to the Client.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a refund (minus the deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Venue Use & Guest Responsibilities

  • The venue is rented for the agreed time period only. Additional time must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

  • The Client is responsible for the behavior of all guests, vendors, and attendees during the event.

  • No smoking or illegal substances are permitted inside the venue.

  • Alcohol may be served only with a licensed bartender and proof of insurance.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • Milieu Studio is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damage caused by guests, vendors, or attendees.

  • Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance.

  • The Client assumes full responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur during the rental period.

7. Vendors & Outside Services

  • Outside vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) must be pre-approved.

  • All vendors must provide proof of insurance if required.

  • Client is responsible for coordinating vendor arrival and setup times.

8. Photography & Promotion

  • Milieu Studio reserves the right to photograph the space during events for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients who share photos of their event grant Milieu Studio permission to repost images on social media (with credit to photographers where applicable).
